Maggie Haertsch , RN, RM, Grad.Dip. H.Sc., PhD  started her career as a nurse and midwife and later qualified with a PhD in Behavioural Sciences in Medicine. She has extensive experience in adult learning and the use of new media  as a learning platform. Combined with her interest in behavioural approaches to safety in the workplace, Maggie developed the VOICEMAP™ system.
